Cooking Instructions
Oven bake: Pre heat the oven to 220ºc/425ºF or Gas mark 7 Arrange a single layer of onion rings on a baking tray. Cook near the top of oven for 12 minutes to 15 minutes until golden brown, turning half way through cooking.Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 190ºc/375ºF. Gently lower onion rings into pre heated oil and fry for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on Kitchen paper and serve.
