Cooking Instructions
From frozen: Remove the frozen pates in their mould from the bag. Using your thumbs, pull the mould away from the pate on both sides. Turn the mould upside down. Gently push the mould on the sides to release the pate onto a plate. Allow 4 to 5 hours for the pate to defrost in the fridge. From chilled: Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted, remove from the bag. Run a clean, sharp knife along both sides. Using your thumbs, pull the mould away from the pate on both sides. Turn the mould upside down. Gently push the mould on the sides to release the pate onto a plate. Serve immediately. Do not refreeze.
Storage Instructions
Frozen, store below -18°C. After defrost, store below 5°C.
