Stir Fry – Soak rice vermicelli in hot water for about 3 – 5 minutes then drain. Stir Fry prepared sliced or cubed meat together with shrimps. Mushrooms or desired vegetablesDeep fry – Put the rice vermicelli in boiling oil straight from the pack and it will float to the surface when ready. It is delicious dish with cooked shredded meat, mushroom etc. are added after fryingCooked in soup. Boil the rice vermicelli with your favourite soup for a few minutes and add condiments before serving.
