Cooking Instructions
FOR BEST RESULTS COOK FROM FROZEN. This product contains raw fishand must be cooked thoroughly. These instructions are guidelines only as cookingappliances vary. Ensure fish fillets are piping hot and cooked throughout beforeserving.OVEN BAKE: Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6. Place fillets on foil, dotwith butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap loosely in foil and placeon baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cookedthrough. For fan assisted ovens, reduce temperature to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen, store below -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
