Cooking Instructions
Steamer:Place 2.5kg of McCain Simply Potato for Mash into a perforated tray and Steam on full power. Place the cooked McCain Simply Potato for Mash into a large mixing bowl and mix with a balloon whisk for 1 minute. Season to taste as required then whisk for a further 2 minutes.Time:Frozen -12-15 minutesChilled 6-9 minutesHob:Place 2.5kg of McCain Simply Potato for Mash into a large saucepan and add 1 litre of cold water – do not cover the potatoes with water or mash will become wet. Cover with a tightly fitting lid and cook on a high heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat (no need to drain) and tip the McCain Simply Potato for Mash and any remaining liquid into a large mixing bowl and mix with a balloon whisk for 1 minute.
