Cooking Instructions
For best results cook from frozen. The following instructions are guidelines only. If thawed, reduce cooking times accordingly. Remove from all packaging before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and reheat within 48 hours.Pre-heat the oil to 180°C. Fully immerse the chicken steaks into the hot oil and fry 4-5minutes. Drain and serve.
