Cooking Instructions
Pan Fry: Per half pack using a large frying pan. Preheat 1tbsp (15 ml)of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Remove required amount frompackaging keeping the rest frozen and place in the pan. Cook for2 minutes stirring regularly. Add 2 ½ tbsp (40 ml) of water, cook fora further 4-5 minutes over a medium heat, stirring regularly. Allow tostand for 1 minute before serving.Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or below. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
