An individually-wrapped tart with a crumbly shortcrust pastry case, filled with a light almond frangipane and raspberry jam. Topped with flaked almonds and a light sugar snow. Approximately 83g each. Made in a dedicated wheat, gluten and milk-free bakery. Defrosted shelf-life is 14 days.
