Tomato & Jersey cream soup - a smooth and creamy sweet tomato soup with rich Jersey cream.
Defrost completely before heating. BOIL (4 Pouches): Bring a large saucepan containing 2.5 litres of water to the boil on a high setting. Do not pierce the pouches, carefully place the 4 pouches in the water, return to the boil (approximately 3 minutes) and boil for a further 8 minutes (11 minutes in total). Once heated, carefully remove from the water and shake the pouch before opening. Make sure the product is piping hot before serving.Caution: Beware of escaping steam when opening the pouch, handle carefully to avoid scalding. It is important to note that due to sample variation and variation in the performance of heating appliances, the instructions developed or verified cannot be guaranteed to achieve any particular thermal process or organoleptic quality. The instructions are guidelines only and the chef should always ensure the product is sufficiently (piping) hot on completion of the heating process.
