Ensure food is piping hot before serving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT EAT RAW. DO NOT REFREEZE IF DEFROSTED.Oven Baked: Pre heat the oven to 220ºc/425ºF, gas mark 7 Arrange a single layer of onion rings on baking tray, cook near top of oven for 14 to 18 minutes turning half way through cooking.Deep fry: Preheat oil to 190ºc/3750F and fry for 2 minutes to 3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
