Ensure food is piping hot before serving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelineds only. For best results cook from frozen. DO NOT EAT RAW. DO NOT RE-FREEZE IF DEFROSTED.OVEN BAKE: Pre-heat oven to 220c/425F, Gas Mark 7. Arrnage a single layer of onion rings on a baking tray. Cooke near the top of the oven for 14-18 minutes turning over halfway through cooking.DEEP FRY: Pre-heat oil to 190c. Gently lower the onion rings into the pre-heated oil and fry for 2-3 munutes until golden brown.
