Natural onion rings coated in a light and crispy tempura batter
Ovenbake: Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, Gas Mark 7. Arrange a single layer of onion rings on a baking tray. Cook near the top of the oven for 14-18 minutes turning over halfway through cooking.Deep Fry: Pre-heat the oil to 190°C. Gently lower onion rings into the pre-heated oil and fry for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
