From Frozen unless otherwise stated Oven: Do not cook more than one bag at a time. Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6. Place cauliflower bites onto a baking tray in the centre of oven and cook for 18 minutes. Ensure a core temperature of >75°C is achieved (or relevant national requirements) for at least 30 seconds before serving. Deep Fry: Do not cook more than half a bag at a time. Preheat fryer to 182°C and deep fry for 4 minutes. Drain well before serving.
