Plate will become hot during cooking.Steam / POACHInstructions:10-12 mins to poach• Remove all packaging.• Bring a pan of milk or water to the boil.• Add fish to the pan, ensuring it is covered by the milk or water.• Return to the boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
