DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Microwave (650W) Pierce pouch, cook on defrost for 3 mins, then on full power for 3 mins. Stand for 2 mins before serving.
Grill: remove from pouch, separate kippers and place under preheated grill on medium to high heat for 10-12 mins.
Pan Cook: Place pouch in boiling water, return to boil and cook for 10-12 mins.

All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.10-12 mins to boil in the bag• Half fill a pan with water and bring to the boil.• Remove outer packaging and place the unopened bag into the pan (do not cover)• Return to the boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes.• Remove bag carefully from pan, shake bag gently, cut across the top of the bag with scissors and serve immediately.10-12 mins to grill – medium to high heat• Pre-heat the grill pan and wire rack on a medium to high heat setting.• Remove all packaging.• Place product on the wire rack under the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes.Caution! Care should be taken when removing the tray from the oven as it may contain hot oil.6 mins to microwave• Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid• Place tray onto a microwaveable plate and cook on FULL POWER in the centre of the turntable as follows:650W – Cook on defrost for 3 mins, the cook on full power fpr a further 3 mins, stand for 2 mins.Caution!
