Raw skinless, deboned natural cod fish goujon, coated in light crispy batter.
Approx 40-50g (approx 20-25 per 1Kg)
For best results cook from frozen , we reccomend that this product is deep fried.Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180 degrees celsius. Deep Fry frozen fish for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius (Gas Mark 7). Place frozen fish on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.
Keep frozen. Store at or below minus 18 degrees celsius. Do not refreeze.
