Cooking Instructions
Always cook from frozen. The instructions below are just a guide. Do make sure our goujons are piping hot throughout before serving.Oven Bake: 18 mins. Preheat oven to 210°c/190°c fan/gas mark 7. Place the goujons on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 18 minutes turning halfway through, until crisp and golden.Deep Fry: 4½ mins. Deep fry from frozen. Preheat the oil to180°c/350°f. Carefully place the goujons into hot oil and cook for 4½ mins until crisp and golden
Storage Instructions
Keep in the freezer at -18°C or colder and use by the best before date. Once defrosted do not refreeze
