Cooking Instructions
Reheat product until core temperature of the meat exceeds 75°C.OvenFan 180oC / Electric 200oC / Gas 61 pouch 65 mins2 pouches 80 minutesPreheat oven. Remove all packaging. Empty pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 50 minutes (1 shank), or 65 minutes (2 shanks). Remove foil and turn shank, return to the oven for a further 15 minutes. After cooking, stir sauce and pour over the shanks.Microwave850W – 6 mins, stand for 2 mins, 3 mins750W – 6 mins 30 secs, stand for 2 mins, 3 mins 15 secs1000W – 5 mins, stand for 2 minutes, 2 mins 30 secsMicrowave each pouch separately. Place the pouch on a microwaveable dish and cut the corner of the pouch. Cook on full power for the time specified. All to stand for 2 minutes, gently shake the pouch from side to side and return to the microwave and continue to cook as directed. Stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once cooked, carefully cut along the top of the pouch with a pair of scissors. Empty the contents onto a plate or serving dish and stir sauce before serving.
