Raw chicken breast fillet portions,designed for roasting or steaming. A consistent shape and portion controlled.
For best results, either oven bake or steam cook.To oven bake, cook from frozen on a lined baking tray. Cover and bake for 15-18 minutes (Gas 4/180°C/350°F; less for convection ovens). To steam, cook for 15 minutes in an unlined tray and without a lid. Check product is a minimum of 75°C (or to national standards) before serving. If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out
