Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn Fillets are piping hot before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.SHALLOW FRY 12 MIN: Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and fry until golden brown for 12 minutes on a moderate heat turning frequently. Add vegetables and sauce of your choice.GRILL 15 MIN: For best results brush with a little oil before grilling. Preheat grill to a medium setting. Grill for 15 minutes on a moderate heat, turning occasionally.MICROWAVE: Place fillets in a microwavable dish and pour over your favourite sauce. Cover and cook as directed. Stir half way through cooking time.OVEN 30-35 MIN: Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F, Gas Mark 6. Place fillet in an ovenproof dish, cover with your favourite sauce and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen. Store at -18ºC or below until best before date shown.Do not refreeze once defrosted.
