For best results we recommend baking your pizza in a traditional wood-burning pizza oven, this reaches a very high temperature up to 400C for 2 to 2.5 minutes this time is dependant on the amount of topping. A conventional oven with a heat setting of 250C the pizza should bake for 4 – 5 minutes. (These times may alter if the pizza is frozen or thawed, it is better to bake from a thawed state if possible otherwise if frozen the centre may not attain the minimum reheat temperature. But whatever type of oven you choose to use, please ensure a minimum core temperature of 75oC is attained for at least 30seconds.
The Bases should be stored at all times in a freezer at –18C, until required for defrost and then preparation do not refreeze.once defrosted can be stored at temperature of 0c - 4c for 24 hours
