Parsley pasta with vegetables, chickpeas and lentils.
Steam Oven: Put the contents of the bag into a GN container. Add a little oil and mix well. Preheat the steam oven to around 95c and steam the pasta for 8 minutes.Saucepan: add the frozen pasta to boiling, lightly salted water and leave to simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Store at -18c. Do not refreeze once thawed.
