Short egg-pasta tubes, traditionally from the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. A great alternative to penne. Goes well with a variety of sauces.
Without defrosting add the pasta to a pasta cooker full of boilingsalted water.- Once water returns to boil, cook pasta according to the recommendedcooking time. Stir occasionally.- Drain the pasta;- Season to taste.For perfect pasta, always use one litre of water for every 100g of pasta.
