Easy stretch dough balls made from original Neapolitan recipe. Low in fat; salt content of under 1%.
Take out from freezer. Defrost over night(at least 12hours) in a refrigerator covered with a clean cloth or cling wrap to prevent drying out. Remove 2hours prior to use, bring up to room temperature, allow to double in size. Refrigerate to keep stable prior to processing. To process: Either hand stretch or roll out using a rolling pin to your required size. Place in a pre-oiled pizza pan and top with ingredients as required. If unsure consult with sauce manufacturer and cheese supplier. After topping, bake until cheese is golden brown and a minimum core temperature of the base has reached 96C.
Store frozen until required for use @ -18C or below
