Raw thin pork loin steaks seared and ready for roasting.
Cook from frozen in a covered baking tray. Add gravy if preferred. Bake for 15-20 minutes (Gas 4/180°C/350°F; less for convection ovens) turning once halfway through cooking. Check product is a minimum of 75°C (or to national standards) before serving. If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out.
Store below -18C. Do not refreeze.
