An uncoated fishcake made from a blend of delicate sea bass, cod, potato and chopped spring onions, seasoned with ginger and lime.
For best results, cook from frozen.Deep fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes. Can be coated in flour prior to cooking.Flash fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 2-3 minutes, then oven bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.To cook from defrost: on a floured surface, remodel to desired shape then deep fry in preheated oil at 180°C. Cook time dependent on size and weight.All appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Always check that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
