Our Lincolnshire Fish Cakes are best deep fried straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.5 mins to deep fry – 180°C• Pre-heat the oil.• Remove all packaging.• Gently lower product into the hot oil and cook for 5 minutes.8 mins to shallow fry – medium heat• Heat a table spoon(15ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.• Remove all packaging.• Gently add product and cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
Store at -18°C below. Do not re-freeze once defrosted
