Cooking Instructions
Cook from Frozen. Microwave: For best results place 2 omelettes on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on a high setting in a 1.8kW oven for approximately 1 minute. Oven: Wrap in a lightly greased foil and place on a baking tray in a pre0heated fan-assisted oven at 180°C/Gas mark 6 for approx. 15 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.
