    Cooking Instructions

    For best results cook from Frozen.The following instructions are guidelines only. Always ensure that the product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/ 425°F/ Gas Mark 7. Remove the chicken fillets from all packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 20- 25 minutes, turning once half way through cooking.Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C. Remove the chicken fillets from all packaging. Gently lower and fully immerse the chicken fillets into the oil and fry for 5-7 minutes. Drain and serve.

    Storage Instructions

    Keep Frozen -18°C
