COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.Cook from frozenPreheat oven.Remove all packaging.Place chicken on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7 for 18 -20 minutes until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.Check food is cooked thoroughly and is piping hot throughout before serving.
