Place frozen Goujons on a lined baking tray. Cook for 20 – 25 minutes at Gas 5/190°C/375°F, less for convection ovens. Ensure product reaches a minimum core temperature of 75°C (or to national standards) in the centre before consumption. If storing in a hot cupboard, keep covered to prevent drying out.
