Juicy sole fillets in a light, crispy Japanese batter.
Deep Fry. Preheat oil to 180ºC. Deep fry frozen fish for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.Conventional Oven:Preheat oven to 220°C (Gas Mark 7). Place frozen fish on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 15 – 17 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking. Allow a minute to cool before serving.
Keep Frozen. Store at or below -18ºC. Do not refreeze.
