Skinless and boneless cod fillets encased in a bubbly batter and flash fried.
Deep fry in hot oil at 180C for approximately 5 - 7 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.Alternatively, place on a baking tray, in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for approximately 18 minutes. This is a raw product and must be cooked to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent
Store frozen product at -18C or colderDo not re-freeze after thawing
