For best results, cook from frozen.Flash fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 2 minutes. Then place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200°C for 8 minutes.Shallow fry: preheat a little oil in a pan over a medium heat. Cook for 5 - 6 minutes on each side.All cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Always check that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze if allowed to thaw.
