Use an electronic temperature probe to ensure a core temperature of 75°C is achieved. Cooking times may vary according to oven style and type. Alternatively, place on a suitable oven-able tray with a small amount of cold water and cook in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. The water stops the sausages from sticking to the tray. Turn once during the cooking time. Using an electronic temperature probe ensure a core temperature of 75°C is achieved.
