Using the table above, take quantities of soup mix and water to produce the required number of portions.2. Into a pan, add sufficient boiling water to the soup mix, whisk until smooth, and bring back to the boil.3. Simmer gently for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.4. To prepare other portion quantities use 12.5g soup mix and 170 mls of boiling water per portion.Left over made up product should be cooled rapidly, stored covered in a refrigerator and used within 24 hours by reheating thoroughly.
