OvenPlace pommes ABC on a baking sheet and place in a pre-heated oven 230 ºC, 450 ºF, Gas mark 8 for 15 minutes. Turn once during cooking.Deep FryerDeep fry small quantities of pommes ABC in hot oil (175 ºC, 347 ºF) for 2-3 minutes.GrillPlace pommes ABC in a single layer in a grill pan and grill for about 10 minutes until golden brown, turning halfway through.Shallow FryPre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add pommes ABC and fry over a moderate heat for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.Drain on absorbent paper before serving. Do not refreeze once thawed.
