Cooking Instructions
Always cook from frozen.Results and cooking time will vary dependent on oven style, but for best results in standard oven, add 1cm of water to the tray, cook at 180/200°C for around 20 minutes. Turn once during the cooking time. If you are covering the sausages in a combi or steamer and they're not browning, cook uncovered and try a light spray of oil. Use an electronic temperature probe to ensure a core temperature of 75°C is achieved.
