Cooking Instructions
To use, defrost in a refrigerator for 24hours. Once defrosted can be eaten safely cold.To serve hot: For best results, shingle layer the slices in a BS tin, cover with stock or gravy, put a lid on the tin and oven bake or steam for 20 minutes. If you oven space is limited you can oven bake this product in stacks, with a maximum of 6 slices per stack. Place the stacks in a BS tin, add stock or gravy, cover in foil then oven bake or steam for approx. 20-25 minutes. As all appliances vary, ensure the product is piping hot and has a core temperature of 75C.Keep Frozen below -18C, use within 2 days of defrost.
