Cooking Instructions
These products are supplied in a special cooking bag.Place the product still in the bag in a roasting dish. Add 2.5cm of water to the dish. Pre heat oven to 200C, approx. Cooking time 3 hours 15 minutes, product must reach a minimum of 74C.Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes, remove from the bag and serve. if there is any delay in serving, ensure the product is kept at 63C or above. Alternatively product can be rapidly chilled to below 5C within 90 minutes and served cold.Cooking from defrost reduce cooking time by 30 minutes.Do not cover roasting bag with foil whilst cooking.
